Paired with a ‘lil strength training and a whole lotta cardio, we use the mini step bench to elevate your workout and your mood. Think 1980’s step aerobics , but dare we say…better? Accompanied by weights & resistance bands, this beat driven workout will be your favorite sweat party in town!
